Items can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. All items need to be paid for in full before shipment. I accept payment, Credit card through direct checkout and PAYPAL.
All the orders placed other than USA and Canada will be shipped out Canada post and Unites states Postal Service. All the other orders places other than Canada and USA will be shipped by courier service and telephone number should be provided at the time of ordering.
All the packages are delivered with a tracking number. The turnaround time roughly would be 3 to 3.5 weeks. The packages are delivered to the paypal address. Item once shipped cannot be canceled. Please make sure the address is correct as once the shipment sent out, we are unable to redeliver it to the new address unless paid for the shipment again.
1) I do guarantee your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact me, and I will do my best to keep everyone happy.
2) If a package is lost in some way, after investigating I will refund the money for the product excluding the shipping cost.
3) If we have made a mistake on your pillows cover, we take the full responsibility and refund your full money including the shipping except for North American order.
4) I accept exchange and return case by case.The items have to be received in original conditions within 14 days. In return only the cost of the cushion cover only will be reimbursed.
5) Damaged/Wrong Items will be exchanged if Goods are returned 'AS SOLD' in the complete 'AS NEW'. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition.Goods must be returned within 7-14 days receiving them. We are only accept returns of non-faulty within 14 days.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes. You can custom any of the products according to the size, color and shape. If the size is not listed, simply email me for a price quotation.
Sizing details
If you like to order the insert for a 18"x18" cover, you would have to order a 19x19 or 20x20 pillow insert. If you want it really puffy, you could up to two inches bigger as well.
What is the turnaround time
Generally, it is 4 to 5 weeks including shipping. Due to the nature of the handwoven texture, the fabric will be unavailable and we will notify any delays to the buyer.
How do I make a personalized order a different initial/ Initials different than from the picture?
The image is only a sample and you could order it with a different name or initial by adding them to the cart by choosing the quantity.
Please add the following details for your order:
Select the colors of the fabric colors from the chart
Select the fabric letter color from the chart
Monogram font from the chart
Include additional information to the "Notes to Seller" field.

We ship out orders from Canada and USA. Canadian packages will be delivereed through Canada post and USA packages will be delivered through first class mail.

No, not at this time.

Yes. You can custom any of the products and simply enter the letter or words.
What size insert should I buy for the pillow covers?
Buy an insert 1 to 2 inches larger than the cover.
