How do I make a personalized order a different initial/ Initials different than from the picture?

Yes. You can custom any of the pillow covers. Simply enter the letter or words in the product information. The image is only a sample and you could order it with a different name or initial by adding them to the cart by choosing the quantity.

Please add the following details for your order:

1) Select the size
2) Select the fabric, border, letter color from the pictures attached
3) Enter the monogram/Name information. 
4) Include additional information to the "Notes to Seller" field.

What size insert should I buy for the pillow covers?

If you like to order the insert for a 18"x18" cover, you would have to order a 19x19 or 20x20 pillow insert. If you want it really puffy, you could up to two inches bigger as well.

Turnaround time

Generally, it is 3 to 4 weeks including shipping. Due to the nature of the handwoven texture, the fabric will be unavailable and we will notify any delays to the buyer. Due to COVID, there are delays in all shipping transits as well.
