All the orders are shipped out within USA and Canada will be shipped out Canada post and Unites states Postal Service(USPS). All the other orders places other than Canada and USA will be shipped by (Asendia) or courier service and telephone number should be provided at the time of ordering. 

All the packages are delivered with a tracking number. The turnaround time roughly would be 3 to 3.5 weeks. The packages are delivered to the paypal address. Item once shipped cannot be canceled. Please make sure the address is correct as once the shipment sent out, we are unable to redeliver it to the new address unless paid for the shipment again.    

1) I do guarantee your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact me, and I will do my best to keep everyone happy.

2) If a package is lost in some way, after investigating I will refund the money for the product excluding the shipping cost.

3) If we have made a mistake on your pillows cover, we take the full responsibility and refund your full money including the shipping except for North American order. 

4) I accept exchange and return case by case.The items have to be received in original conditions within 14 days. In return only the cost of the cushion cover only will be reimbursed.

5) Damaged/Wrong Items will be exchanged if Goods are returned 'AS SOLD' in the complete 'AS NEW'. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition.Goods must be returned within 7-14 days receiving them. We are only accept returns of non-faulty within 14 days.
